The man behind the questions (and their provocative answers) is scientist and seer, Gregg Braden. “The best minds of our time are telling us and the science is telling us that we are facing a time unlike any other in 5,000 years of recorded human history. The greatest challenges that human civilizations have ever faced are converging on a single generation. We’re faced with problems that have to be solved within the next 8–10 years for us to survive.” he says.
According to Gregg, "2010 may be a rare, precious opportunity to redefine some of the most frightening patterns of our past, so we never have to experience those things again. I believe this generation is on the threshold of making the choice to be the generation that walks away from the use of war, for example, to solve our differences. I think 2010 is the powerful year when we all have the opportunity to participate in how those choices are made and redefine that cycle before it begins. And in that way, the global war cycle of 2011 can be obsolete. We never have to have that again. Now is the time to do whatever we’re going to do; it’s what I call a time of “graceful urgency.

Fall is definitely our favorite time of the year. Football, fresh apple cider, crisp cool nights and vibrantly colorful days. There is something about the sound of the wind blowing through the trees, moving out the last vestiges of summer like a large broom, sweeping away the turbulence of the past few months and ushering in a new season.

My grandson Nicholas loves to ride bikes with me. Now I’ve found that if you’re looking for a real aerobic workout, or in a hurry to get somewhere, Nicholas is not the riding partner you want. But if you enjoy stopping at all the cool places along the river to crouch on the rocks and look for fish and turtles, sail sticks and throw stones, then he’s your man. And if you want a soothing, meditative opportunity, forget it. This child never stops talking!

My favorite television commercials are the ones for Verizon Wireless and their Network. The guy comes out of the store after purchasing Verizon phone service and is greeted by hundreds of people lead by a man in a grey uniform. As he walks, the man in the grey uniform and the hundreds of people move with him. Every step he takes, the crowd shifts to move along with him, two steps to the left, three steps to the right, they all move as one along with him. Bewildered, the man goes back inside the store and asks “What’s up?” “It’s your Network.” is the reply.
